How to get to Vigo:

Vigo has its own airport (VGO), 10 km from downtown. You may also fly to Santiago-Rosalía de Castro Airport (SCQ) or Oporto-Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO), both around 1.5 hours from Vigo and connected by frequent trains and buses.

From Vigo Airport (VGO):

  • Bus line A: 40 minutes to the city center, departs from the airport terminal (~€1.70).
  • Taxi: 15–20 minutes, ~€25.

From Santiago-Rosalía de Castro Airport (SCQ):

  • Bus and train: Arriving to the airport you should take a shuttle bus (Aena Line 6A Aeroporto) to the intermodal station. There you can take a bus (Monbus) or a train. Travel time 1h45–2h, 5-15€.
  • Taxi: 1h30, ~€150–180.

From Oporto-Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO):

  • Direct bus (Alsa, Autna): 2h30, ~€15.
  • Train: Arriving to the airport you should take a metro to Campanhã train station (Line E Subway towards Estádio do Dragão) and a train to Vigo. Travel time 2h15, €5–10.
  • Taxi: 1h30, ~€180–200.
