Abstract Submission Guidelines

We invite abstracts on all aspects of B2B Marketing, particularly within the topics listed in the Call for Papers. Please note that full papers will not be accepted.

Submission Requirements

Abstracts must be a maximum of 4 pages (double-spaced), including figures, tables, and references.

  • Format: Word document (.doc or .docx), Times New Roman 12 pt, 2.5 cm margins, double-spaced (references may be single-spaced). No author information should appear in the abstract or file properties.

  • Must include: Objectives and research questions; theoretical background; design/methodology; main or expected findings; key contributions; short reference list.

  • Language: English only

  • Review process: All submissions undergo double-blind peer review based on quality, focus, novelty, and impact on academia and industry.

Presentation and Registration

All accepted contributions will be oral presentations in English. At least one author must register, pay the conference fee, and present the work. Each author may present a maximum of two papers.

Code of Ethics

By submitting an abstract, authors agree to the following:

  • The submission is original and unpublished.
  • The document adheres to formatting and length requirements.
  • Authors’ identities are concealed for review purposes.
  • Complete contact details for all authors must be provided upon submission.
  • At least one co-author will register, pay the fee, and present the paper at the CBIM International Conference.
